My rental price was a bit too high for the surface I was living in: I paid € 1,295 for a 40 m² apartment. I'd talked to a lawyer before, but the prices were crazy high and charged by the hour, while Huurfix only gets paid if they're successful, which means: a win is a win.

Happily, I got an advertising letter from Huurfix and decided to give it a try. I had a call with them and felt they were confident about their work, so I signed right away to start.

Some months later, a lot of work later from Huurfix and no work from my side, my rent was lowered by € 355 a month. I'm very thankful that I trusted the process.
