Hamza

Nieuwegein

Hamza spent nine months searching every day for a rental in the Utrecht area. When he finally found an apartment, the rent felt very high for the size. Huurfix took it on: "Everything was quick and efficient." His rent went from €1,315 to €996 a month, plus a refund of the rent he had overpaid.

My personal situation was that I spent 9 months searching for a rental every day in the Utrecht area. When I finally found an apartment, the rent felt very high for the size.

When Huurfix took over, everything was quick and efficient. I sent my contracts, they did a small inspection and valuation, and Jan guided me through with clear answers and personal contact.

My rent was reduced from €1,315 to €996 per month, plus a refund of the overpaid rent from day one.
