We were both looking for a nice, central place to live in Leiden. We had found one, and we were very happy with the flat and the location. The rent was rather high, though, and when the new law with the points system (WWS) was introduced, we wanted to have it looked into further. It turned out we were paying far too much rent.

It felt like we had to do something about it, because the rent didn’t feel justified. It’s a modern flat, but rather small for the amount we were paying each month. Sorting it out ourselves seemed a hopeless task, so we did some research and that’s how we ended up at Huurfix.

Once Jan took on the case, everything was very relaxed. We could simply get on with our lives, while Jan got to work for us and achieved the best result for us. Throughout the whole process we were well advised and guided. In the end we got a nice sum back, which we’ve put into our savings account.
